The Role: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join our team and support the NZ Operations Manager in driving operational efficiency and financial performance across the HOYTS New Zealand cinema network.

In this dynamic role, you will provide general operational support across various aspects of the business. You will collaborate with the Marketing team to identify new promotional opportunities and contribute to the success of local partnerships and community engagement initiatives. In addition, you will play an integral role within the Corporate Sales team by generating leads and supporting the planning and execution of corporate events throughout New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily and weekly reporting compilation of KPIs for Location Managers and complexes
  • Identify potential new marketing leads and opportunities across NZ cinemas
  • Provide on-the-ground support for marketing partnerships and activations
  • Assist with executing corporate functions and events across NZ locations
  • Assist in identifying ways to improve operational efficiency and guest experience
